OgleOgle currently provides real-time community content without membership registration, and may collect the following information during service provision.

• Service usage records: Pages viewed, search terms, click logs, visit time, etc.
• Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, OS, screen resolution, etc.
• Ad identifiers and cookies: AdSense/DoubleClick cookies, Ad IDs for Google AdSense ad display and performance measurement
• User-generated information: Nicknames used when participating in games/rankings, game scores, and ranking records

Collected personal information is used only for the following purposes.

• Improving service quality, providing content tailored to user interests, and error analysis
• Preventing fraudulent use, enhancing security, and complying with laws and policies
• Measuring Google AdSense ad performance and providing personalized ads

The Company displays ads via Google AdSense, and Google and its partners (third-party ad networks) use cookies to provide ads based on users' prior visits.

• Google processes collected data according to its "Google Advertising Privacy Policy," and users can disable personalized ads in Ad Settings.
• Third-party advertisers may store or read cookies on your browser, and responsibility for handling personal information lies with those advertisers.
• The Company complies with Google AdSense policies and local laws, and does not transmit unauthorized identifiable personal information to Google.

• Service usage records and logs are stored for up to 6 months from collection and then destroyed without delay.
• If retention is required by relevant laws, information is stored for the period specified by those laws.
• Personal information and log data whose purpose has been achieved are safely destroyed in an irreversible manner.

• The Company does not provide personal information externally without the user's prior consent.
• For stable service operation, the Company entrusts personal information processing as follows, and some data is transferred overseas: (1) Amazon Web Services — cloud infrastructure and hosting, domestic Seoul region (2) Supabase Inc. — database storage and real-time ranking processing, transferred to Japan (Tokyo region). Items transferred overseas are user identifiers (UUID), nicknames, game scores, ranking records, and service usage logs; the transfer occurs over the network during service use, and the retention period is the same as in 'Retention and Usage Period' above. Users may refuse the overseas transfer, but in that case use of some features such as rankings may be restricted.
• Personal information is not provided except upon lawful request from investigative agencies or relevant authorities.

• Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time.
• Rights can be exercised via the contact information on this page, and the Company will process requests without delay according to relevant laws.
• Service usage and personal information provision for children under 14 are restricted without guardian consent.

• Minimize access rights to personal information and periodically check access records.
• Encrypt data transmission sections (HTTPS) to ensure safe information transmission.
• Monitor continuously and update security to check and improve system vulnerabilities.

• The Privacy Policy may be modified due to changes in relevant laws, service policies, or Google AdSense policies.
