This quick screener uses WHO ASRS v1.1 items plus functional impact checks. Answer 16 questions to review current symptoms, childhood history, and daily-life effects together.

Test structure

  • • 6 current-symptom items: frequency of inattention/hyperactivity
  • • 5 childhood items: whether it was present from early development
  • • 5 daily-impact items: functional impairment at work/relationships
  • All questions use a 5-point scale (Never–Very Often).

Notes

  • • Results are for self-screening only and are not a diagnosis.
  • • High scores: see a psychiatrist and consider CAT or detailed evaluation.
